Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

We offer 4 private apartments available individually or as an add-on's when you book our Main House! Each sleeps 4 guests w/ 1 queen sized bed & 1 queen pull out couch, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom w/ walk-in shower. An electric fireplace and two flat screen TVs with Wi-Fi complete these cozy bungalows- perfect for a weekend getaway or family trip! Close to the local favorite Sweetwater Marina & Riverdeck, the Lodges offer access to the Mullica & nearby kayaking, tubing and hiking!

This 4 bedroom vintage-inspired home is ideally located, whether you're visiting Egg Harbor City for a wedding celebration, golf outing or to explore the beaches and boardwalk of Atlantic City. The fully equipped kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining spaces keep meal time simple while the fireplaces and Smart TVs bring everyone together for movie night. Nature lovers will enjoy strolling the on-site wooded trails. Downstairs the saloon will become your hangout for game night, music and laughs.

Welcome to 4oh9! A renovated duplex within a short walking distance to downtown on a beautiful tree lined street with homes dating back to the 1800’s. The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying. It has a one bedroom with full bath, full kitchen & 1/2 bath with a full sized living room & sofa bed. We want 409 to be your comfortable, cozy getaway!

Wrap around deck puts great outdoors just outside the lakeside patio.
