Pettit Place

Here's what we know so far. It was built in 1929. It was owned by Graydon Pettit first. He ran a general store out of the front and had living quarters in the back. He later sold it to his brother Lynn Pettit and he and his wife continued running the store. When I was a young boy in the early 80's, I caught the school bus every morning by this store. I have many great memories here. Hard to believe we own it now! Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Lindsay’s Country Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A four bedroom, 2 bath, 2000 square ft, newly renovated, 2012 model double wide, that’s tucked comfortably a 1/4 mile off the beaten path. We are only 2.5 miles from Dollar General and 4.8 miles from Walmart. Access to a 1.5 acre pond, with a 40’ pier. Fish if you like! We also have a nice grilling deck and a pool table inside for your enjoyment.

The Riff House, 2 bedroom guest suite with balcony

The Riff House is a modern luxury guest house above The Guitar Academy in historic downtown Kosciusko. Originally built in 1880 as a hardware store, this building housed Hammond's Hardware for 80 years. This unit is a 2 bedroom one bath suite with a large balcony overlooking the court square. Amenities include refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and washer and dryer. This is an upstairs unit without elevator

The Betterton Bungalow

Located directly behind The Betterton Place Airbnb, this little gem, built in 2006 and revamped in 2023 by Holly Millikan Interiors, offers a stylish retreat. Enjoy a clean, SMOKE FREE, quality stay in the heart of town. This property is not wheelchair accessible.
