This is a unique spacious studio that has a style all its own. Our studio has all the creature comforts, King Koil Chiro mattress, beautiful cotton bamboo sheets, TV in the bedroom as well as a 55cm TV in the lounge area. Comfort plus lounge, and a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. We have a washing machine for your convenience too. Unwind in our light-filled private guesthouse on a peaceful 5-acre bush property in Wandi. You’ll have the entire place to yourself with a private entry. Upstairs is a queen bedroom, comfy lounge and spacious bathroom. Downstairs is your own kitchen and dining area, with large outdoor patio & BBQ. Wake to birdsong, stroll the grounds our dog, say hi to the chickens, then relax. Easy self check-in, plenty of parking and fast Wi-Fi. Hosts are onsite in a separate house if you need anything.

Peaceful Hilltop Retreat

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.
