Air conditioned unit includes a full kitchen(stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher) with single serve coffee maker, private bathroom with slate tile flooring, and a small utility closet with a washer and dryer. 32" TV, Blue-Ray/DVD player, WiFi, and bedside table lamps with USB ports. Leather power reclining loveseat with powered head rest that also has usb ports on the side. Very close to bus route, and the Washington State Fair.

The total private tiny house, clean and cozy -located in my property next to my main house. Private bathroom, bedroom /queen size comfortable bed, living room, kitchen with electric cooking pan The tiny house has good size refrigerator and smart TV. Guests have access to gazebo with BBQ and fire place. From tiny house is easy access to public transportation: bus stops is across street and another 500 feet from home. Walking distance to several restaurants, grocery stores, post office, park.

Watch the ferries go by, relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, a forest hiking trail with sea and Mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minute walk from the cottage.

Our Private Suite is situated in Tacoma's Fernhill neighborhood, about 15 min drive to Downtown Tacoma. The suite entrance has a kitchenette, refrigerator , microwave, coffee maker,complimentary coffee. This room acts as a secondary bedroom and has a twin size bed. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a rollaway twin bed, HD Roku TV, big closets, and a desk. Private entrance, Street parking. Non-smoking. Private Bathroom with complimentary toiletries.

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, small sofa bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. Neighbors are not close. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.

Short drive to the waterfront, grocery stores, farm stands, Washington state fairgrounds and hospitals. Bring your pet to keep you company. Room to park a smaller trailer if needed.
