We are only steps from the finest dining, entertainment, pubs, shopping, parks, and coffee in Louisville. Bustling and eccentric Bardstown Road is only half a block away, yet the Carriage House feels secluded and very private. It is located 5 miles from Churchill Downs, 7 miles from the airport, and 2 miles from downtown.

Derby City

FYI : 1) I DON’T accept Louisville guests to stop large local party’s 2) 4 beds to sleep ONLY 6 people. I have a play pen/crib with sheets and mattress pad Extra guests over 4 pay $5 per guest per day. I have more laundry to do and extra supplies to replace like coffee, hot chocolate - Keurig pods, and other amenities I have for my guests. 3) I have surveillance cameras outside monitoring 24/7, Additional fees will be added for unauthorized guests not in booking.

Delectable Delor

Private section of home. There are no shared spaces, so you have privacy, but I do live on the other side of the house which is divided by a locked door. You have your own entrance through the front door, and off street parking. My entrance is the back of the house through the gate, which is off limits. Please be aware that 2 cats live on my side of the house, for those of you with allergies, but they won't have access to your space when you’re there.

My Old Kentucky Dome

This brand-new one of a kind geodesic dome is located on a private road that leads you to an overlook featuring one of the most beautiful countryside views in Kentucky. While this getaway experience is nestled deep in the woods, it is also a close drive to all the conveniences you can imagine. This is an off the grid outdoor experience with a ½ mile gravel road including a steep hill. AWD or 4WD advised.

Enjoy the local Indiana scene in Downtown Jeffersonville or Downtown New Albany with food and fun!

The Caldwell Highlands/Germantown

Welcome to The Caldwell, a Germantown/Highland area home that includes three bedrooms, one and half bathrooms and sleeps up to five people. The home is within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, retail and vintage stores, and entertainment venues including the Germantown Gables, Logan Street Market and Old Forester’s Paristown Hall. The home features a covered deck, a fenced-in yard as well as home gym.
