Unser kleines Ferienhäuschen liegt inmitten auf unserem Pferdehof auf dem wir auch selbst wohnen. Hier wohnt man idyllisch in der Natur und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Ruhige Spazierwege direkt ab Hof laden zu Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Die Nähe zu Augsburg und München (je ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt) bietet sich für Stadterkundungen an. Das kleine Häuschen verfügt über eine kleine Küche sowie ein Bad mit Sauna. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil.

Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, ein neues Bad und eine angenehme Essküche. Die Lage ist ruhig mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, 7 Minuten zum Bahnhof Augsburg-Oberhausen, 3 Minuten zur B17 und schnell zur Autobahn. Der Garten kann gerne mit genutzt werden.
