Located in the peaceful town of Baltini, just a few kilometers from Ilukstes Novads in the picturesque southeast of Latvia, this house offers a unique getaway amidst the "Dvietes paliene" natural park. Surrounded by nearly 5000 hectares of pristine natural landscapes created in 2004, it provides a perfect setting for those seeking peace and reconnection with nature. The property, set on two hectares of land, features lush trees and a pond where fishing is an activity at no additional cost. The charm of this house is revealed in its careful restoration, which has preserved its distinctive character. Spread over two floors of about 100m² each, it is prepared to accommodate four guests. The residence combines rustic elements with practical touches to offer a comfortable stay. A noteworthy feature is the steam sauna, located in a separate building. Staying here means enjoying amenities such as a functional kitchen and spaces that invite gathering by the warmth of the fireplace, complemented by 19th-century period furniture. The house also benefits from a dual heating system, through fireplace or electric heaters, ideal for colder nights. The location of the house is an ideal starting point for exploring the rich nature surrounding the area, with its access to numerous lakes and proximity to the Daugava river. Outdoor activities range from hiking and mushroom picking to fishing and photography in the lush local forests. Though the house proposes a retreat without modern distractions such as telephone or television, the nearby city of Daugavpils, the second most important in Lithuania and located 30 kilometers away, offers cultural and leisure options to complement the experience of tranquility and connection with nature.

Atrodas ezera krastā, kur var zvejot zivis vai izbraukt ar laivu, kā arī peldēties pēc izkarsēšanās pirtī. Vasarā iespēja uzsliet teldis par papildmaksu un viesoties līdz 20 cilvēkiem. Cottage house next to Daugavpils

Just a 7-minute drive from the Daugavpils, cozy 1-bedroom and 1 sofa cottage house offers a retreat for up to 3 people. Nestled in a small holiday village, this house includes a sofa bed, a sauna, and a yard. It’s an ideal spot for those who want to enjoy nature while being close to the city. The yard features a barbecue area and parking, pets are welcome. Property divided into 2 houses. Our family lives in the neighbouring house. Every morning you can enjoy a breakfast prepared by mother.

Artillerry Biker’s Nest

Motorcycle travellers tuned hang-out place to drop overnight, stretch you legs, have a relaxing barbecue and couple of beers, whilst your bike rest in covered and fully equipped garrage. The host is rider himself and can assist with all motorcyclist needs from A to Z, starting with local must-see places till basic equipment & service. The speedway stadium is in walking distance if you come to the competition in Daugavpils. Sleeping on 2 double beds, can arrange mattresses if necessarry.

Lakefront House – Relax in Harmony with Nature This cozy house is located in a peaceful and picturesque spot right on the lake shore, perfect to enjoy a tranquil getaway in nature. Surrounded by birdsong, with a sandy beach just across the lake. Boat ride or fishing, and there is also the option to book a sauna. A grill and a gazebo are available for leisurely outdoor dining. Inside the house, you’ll find a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.

Garden house nice and cosy

The two-bedroom apartment is in a private house with a fireplace. In heating season we stoke the fireplace before guests arrive, but all the following days must be heated by yourself. We provide all necessary for the kindling fireplace in the next staying days. The fireplace kindles easily and keeps heat for a long time. This will not affect your comfort but will make cozy and romantic your stay. I will send you all the necessary instructions on how to stoke the fireplace.

An exceptionally, well presented furnished apartment, next to the main pedestrian Street, where you will find all the local restaurants, bars, cafes, entertainment and shopping facilities Whether you are going to the Shmakovka Museum, the Olympic Centre or Mark Rothko Art Centre, there are numerous other museums and galleries to see too and you are perfectly positioned to see them all.

Very spacious (150 m2) 2 level apartment is available for rent. Situated right in the town centre. There are 2 separate bedrooms (2 double beds) , 2 living rooms (3 single beds), fireplace, large hall, balcony, 2 bathrooms (shower+jacuzzi). Free private parking is available. Fully equipped spacious kitchen (oven, microwave, dishes, fridge). Bathroom on each floor. Possible to place 7 guests. Placing more then 7 guests is discussible.

Viesu namā variet baudīt pirti un naktsmītnes. Pieejama viena divguļamā gulta un 2 vienvietīgās gultas. Nav pieejama gulta zīdaiņiem. Laipni aicinātas ģimenes, taču jāievēro piesardzība, jo guļvietas izvietotas pirts otrajā stāvā ar kāpnēm. HES teritorijā jāievēro īpaša piesardzība.
