At SCH our guests have exclusive access to our 16000 square foot Clubhouse offering complimentary daily continental breakfast and shared coworking spaces equipped with all the essentials you will need for on-the-road productivity. Our Clubhouse access includes state-of-the-art fitness center - resort style pool - game room - spa area with steam and sauna as well as a massage room. Amenity offerings can change due to the COVID19- pandemic.

HALL HOUSE - Master King Bed Suite

Historic Hall House with its distinctive Greek Revival colonnade is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is the oldest building in Brookville and has recently been completely restored. Hall House provides upscale hotel-style accommodations with 4 separate guest rooms each with keypad entrance, king or queen bed, fireplace antiques and modern spa bath. There are large common spaces including a Painting Gallery and Sunroom where breakfast is served. (Your hosts live next door.)

York Harbor Inn- Country Inn Room

Located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the Main Inn, Country Inn Rooms are quite small but elegantly appointed. All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. There is no ocean view but beach is within walking distance. *Not suitable for travel cribs or cots, 2 guests max.* **Please note there are NO ELEVATORS in any of our buildings

Blue Heron Room - Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Spa

The Laughing King Retreat is an adults-only, organic waterfront farm situated directly on the peaceful waters of Chesapeake Bay. You’ll love my place because of the location, ambiance, the comfy bed, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups (we have SEVEN completely independent rooms with all amenities each). Think of a mini Hotel thats complete self serve like Yotel NYC.
