As of Sept 15 2026 Airbnb has included their fee in the nightly price, so unfortunately prices are up 15% Family friendly accommodations in a newly renovated 1000 sq foot Air conditioned farmhouse apartment. You have your own private entrance and your own private back deck. Waterview and walking trail from your back deck. 10 minutes to Gateway village in Borden-Carleton and 10 minutes to Victoria by the Sea where you will find many restaurants and local shops. Self check in with a lock box.

This seasonal home, built in 2023 is just steps away to a beautiful sandy beach. Swim at high tide or just relax on the sand bars at low tide. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Dig your own clams for supper (pail / shovels provided). This property is situated on the beautiful south shore of PEI, overlooking the Northumberland Strait. This adorable home is centrally located between Summerside and Charlottetown. You may even see a cruise ship go by on it's way to and from the City of Charlottetown.
