This Lakefront Grand Chalet is the crown jewel at Single Island Shores. It's located right at the waters' edge with ample parking, easy access to the lakefront deck, and a fire-pit directly behind it. Features include ceiling-to-floor windows in the Great room/Living room space with cathedral height ceiling and a wrap-around deck accessible by all private bedrooms. Only one other cottage is on our property's lakefront with residential neighbors over 40 yards away to make for peaceful stay.

Stunning home nestled high in the mountains. Our 120ft deck is exceptional from sunrise to sunset. The 4700sqft of living space inside is an entertainer’s dream! We offer a massive eat in kitchen, a cozy great room, pool table, & gym with a sauna. You’ll find 2 Kings, 3 Queens, and a bunk room. We have hiking trails across our 12 acres! There are wineries/breweries within 2 miles. We are a short drive to Bristol Mountain, 15 minutes to the beautiful of Canandaigua, and many wonderful trails.

Enjoy amazing views of the surrounding hills and two-acres of yard from the 360 sq. ft. back porch which runs the length of the home. The year-round hot tub, beautiful outdoor porch, and large firepit are all ready and waiting for you!

Absolutely no hunting or firearms allowed due to liability concerns. Due to insurance liability, no ATVs, UTVs, Motorcycles allowed on the property.

The Kingfisher Chalet is a cozy vacation home with incredible views of Keuka Lake. Located on 6 private, wooded acres on Keuka's east side halfway between Hammondsport and Penn Yan. Close to several top-notch wineries, restaurants, and all that the Finger Lakes region has to offer. You will love the spacious porch for a morning coffee, grilling and eating dinner, and sipping a glass of wine while watching the amazing sunsets. Guests of all backgrounds are welcome to enjoy our space.
