Discounts: 7+ days (15%); 28+ days (30%). 31+ days saves you 17% hotel occupancy tax as well. Longer term discounts and advance booking inquiries welcome.

Tree house Bungalow

1948 remodeled home, modern, newly built upstairs guest studio located in the heart of Austin, Texas. This particular bungalow was built in 2015, has hardwood floors, central heat and air, air jet bath tub and tempurpedic mattress. One of the most beautiful details of the treehouse is our reclaimed wood. My husband was born and raised in Austin and has taken part in recyclying wood from old Austin homes and milling trees that have fallen only to repurpose the wood for our treehouse.

East Austin Poolside Retreat

Your own poolside retreat. Pool is right outside your door. Located in the heart of east Austin, walking distance to Sour Duck, Paperboy, Quickie Pickie, and Franklin's to name a few local restaurants. Less than a mile from UT and Downtown. Suite is on the ground floor of an accessory dwelling unit located off the alley, main house is owner occupied in the front. Only 14 miles from Austin Bergstrom Airport and 21 miles from COTA. Owners live on site on the other side of the house. This is an entire private space which is part of the home. Private side entrance with keyless lock. Microwave, full size fridge and coffee maker. This is a ZERO tolerance drugs property. Pets are not allowed either.
