*PLENTY OF FREE STREET PARKING* This is a very small studio apt in the up and coming town of Bellevue, just a 10 min drive to downtown and the stadiums. It is on the 2nd floor of my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad. The entance stairwell and laundry is a common space, as there's 2 other units. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Unfortunately this space it too small for pets, NO PETS

Minutes from Garden Cafe coffee shop, Threadbare Cider House and plenty of bars and restaurants.

This large and lovely 1 bedroom apartment, located on the 2nd floor of an owner-occupied 1925 Arts & Crafts brick building, is an ode to Pittsburgh’s own Andy Warhol. There are framed Warhol prints throughout, and the wonderful Warhol Museum is less than 10 minutes away via car/Uber—or the corner bus will drop you on its doorstep in 20! (PNC Park, Heinz Field and downtown Pittsburgh are reached in same way/time.) Within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, brewery, bakery, park, etc.

Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a small bathroom with a private entrance on the ground level of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It works very well for travelers that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).
