We like to leave our guests to enjoy their privacy in their own space, however we're there to help with any queries or suggestions. We offer a free continental breakfast of cereal and local fresh fruit (Seasonal) on the first day. Our unit is also fully screened to keep the mozzies out. Max Pax for our Unit is two guests. Check in time is any time after 3pm on the date you booked and check out is @ any time before 11am on the date you check out.

The property is set on a 3/4 acre section and has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a generous indoor/outdoor flow for dining & quiet entertaining by the pool. The house has a modern feel with conveniences you will find in your own home. There is air-conditioning in all 3-bedrooms & stand alone portable fans. The pool area is great for lounging with a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking.

This modern, fully self contained unit is an oasis of calm. It is located inland, away from the hustle and bustle, in a tropical garden setting with views towards the ocean. An easy 5 minute drive will take you to/from Rarotonga International Airport, Avarua township (shops, cafes, restaurants and market), and the popular “Black Rock” beach for swimming and amazing sunsets.
