Great One Bedroom, One Bath condo in Olde Marco Island. You'll enjoy great views of the bay and amazing sunsets over the Gulf Of Mexico. You'll love all of the boats that float by and the daily dolphin sightings sitting on our back porch.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This property is located at San Carlos Park, is a quite and beautiful neighborhood, near I-75 between exit 123 - 128. We are located close to three diferentes malls( 10 minutes away from Gulf Coast Town Center, 12 minutes to Miromar Outlets and 15 minutes to CoConut Point). We also have a university campus about 12 minutes(FGCU).
