Susnset Residence with direct access to the beach

Villa located in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach and to the local trade, with no need to use vehicles. Restaurants, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, fresh fish and vegetable markets and much more are at your disposal. The terrace is a good point of observation of the dunes and the sunset that, combined with the sound of the sea, is relaxing. Next to an extensive pedestrian zone and a bike path, it makes it quite convenient for those who enjoy to do activities outdoors.

Esta moradia é uma casa restaurada, situada num dos bairros tipicos do centro da cidade de aveiro. Encontra-se a cerca de 200 metros do canal da cidade onde poderá avistar os moliceiros. Na zona podem se encontrar a grande maioria dos serviços visto que a casa se encontra muito central. Ótimo para descansar, passar bons momentos e passear a pé pelo centro da cidade. Nesta casa encontra bastante espaço no seu interior e um terraço nas traseiras da mesma.
