Easy access to wineries, a brewery, trails, Calaveras Big Trees State park, Mercer Caverns, fishing, swimming, stargazing, etc. No immediate neighboring houses except our own (150 feet away). Perfect for 2 couples or one family. Modern heating/AC unit in each room. Cozy wood-fire stove in the living room (wood is available for purchase). Two decks. Outdoor gas fire pit for enchanting evenings. Fenced-in garden area for outdoor dog freedom.
