Although, the dock is not floating, your front yard IS the water. Watch sea life frolic just beyond your deck. Enjoy barbecue's alfresco on the dock at sunset. Welcome to our beautiful ocean front cottage by the sea. The front garden welcomes you and the view out the back will calm and restore your soul. Walk down the private steps to the beach. Hot water outside shower, gas fire pit, ocean viewing deck - it is all there to complete your ocean front vacation experience. Fully stocked kitchen and all linens provided. You will love it! Due to severe allergies of some of our guests we cannot accommodate service animals at this time.

Our cottage is a COST EFFECTIVE alternative to hotel rooms! It is single story for easy access, no common walls with a FULL kitchen. It has an outdoor yard for bbq and kids play. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. Our cottage is 1/2 block to the beach and 2 1/2 blocks from the pier. It is located within walking distance of all downtown shops and restaurants.
