Whether you're in town for a family retreat, celebrating a special occasion, or need a peaceful place to stay while traveling for work, this lakefront home offers the perfect setting to unwind after a day of adventures. A unique completely remodeled historic 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of character and charm and all the amenities of a modern home. Located on the corner of Line and Van Buren you can enjoy views of downtown out of the second story windows. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries and a local brewery. The space has a theme of Wizard of Oz and we challenge you to find the hidden gems. It is located on the second floor, no elevator.

You have 60 feet of lake front with two docks to bring your lake toys or rent a pontoon for the day/weekend or week. Full size kitchen, laundry, two big smart tv's with cable and wifi. Small shed for storage, large deck, canoe for 3, fire pit & gas grill. Wedding, family, golfing or weekend away? Lakeside Sylvan!

Welcome to the little stone cottage on beautiful Sylvan Lake. We are located in Rome City, IN. This adorable house, originally built in 1930, was remodeled and completely renovated in 2018. The updated kitchen features tiled backsplash, gas range, oven, and fridge. There is a microwave and Keurig for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The bathroom features a tiled shower.

The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
