The villa is located directly in Marbella on a hill surrounded by other villas and offers sea views. The house has a 100 MBit fiber optic internet line. By car you reach the beach in 5 minutes, the old town of Marbella in 10 minutes and the Río Real Golf Club in 5 minutes.
