FAQ: The unit has 2 Carrier inverter ACs that keep the room cold regardless of time of day. NAIA T3 is 15min away via Skyway overpass; toll fee is a nominal P 153. Pls don't gamble with Manila's old-highway traffic and just take the Skyway. Hot water warms up immediately. In isolated cases where Maynilad utility water might stall a few hours, the room has its own big backup water tank. Note: I received a contradictory review recently. Message me pls about any clarifications you might want.

Aedan's Homestay is located in Manila. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Both pools are available only on Mondays to Wednesdays and Fridays only. Not available on weekends and holidays.
