Boravak u ovom romantičnom smještaju dugo ćete pamtiti. Kuća je napravljena od drveta kojeg su izradili lokalni majstori, te je toplinska izolacija izvanredna. Zgrada je novogradnja, 50-ak metara udaljena od hotela Eko FIS. Posjeduje vlastiti parking. Ski lift je udaljen 40-ak metara od zgrade i vodi vas do svih staza (moguć najam ski opreme). Za ljetni odmor, u 100 metara su vam - sportski tereni, adrenalin park, zip line, paintball, dječija igrališta, mini zoo vrt… Pobrojani sadržaj je u vlasništvu hotela Eko FIS i moguće je njegov najam na recepciji hotela gdje se nalazi i mala prodavnica. U neposrednoj blizini objektu su i dva restorana.

Heating is central, with the possibility of using an electric fireplace, which further contributes to the mountain atmosphere.

The sofa in the living room can also serve as an additional bed for a 2 children. Appartement is on the ground floor wits its own parking space and storage space for skis. It is located in the center of Babanovac near by ski-slope.
