Sea View Loft

This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.

Terra holiday home #1

Our house is located in the north side of Asprovalta. You can enjoy your privacy, although you reach the closest beach in 1 minute by car or 10 on foot. It has a large garden with a lot of trees and vegetation, as well as a BBQ area with kiosk. Let your kids play our garden, it's SUPER safe. Note that: Terra holiday home #1 and Terra holiday home #2 are in the same property area. You may rent both of them in case you are on vacation with friends :)

In a modern built coastal town near Mount Athos, with an important historical and cultural heritage, called Ierissos, the seat of Aristoteles Municipality and one of the most beautiful and picturesque places in Chalkidiki, we chose to build lovely high quality studios which will give our guests the opportunity to experience a holiday with luxury and coziness. On a 15-acre property with a 200-year-old family olive grove and exclusive access to a canyon of wild beauty, we built a unique residence in all of Greece entirely of river and sea stones, surrounded by the blue of the sea and the green of the forest. It is 5 minutes from the most famous beaches of Sithonia, Lagomandra, Elia, Spathies, Kalogria, Kovgiou.

Originally the store-room and garage of the house, this cottage was recently transformed into a modern bungalow with a kitchen/living-room, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom. It offers privacy and sea-view, day and night peaceful environment, a beach at 3-minute walking distance, immediate hiking opportunities.

Nefeli - Two Bedroom Duplex With Private Pool

Fully equiped two bedroom villa with a separate bedroom, a living room , a dining area, a bathroom and a kitchen on the ground floor while on the first floor you can find another open concept bedroom with its own bathroom. On the outside area you can enjoy private own pool with sunbeds .
