Ideale per una coppia o per una famiglia fino a 4 persone, Casa Wenner 1 unisce ciò che a Napoli è raro trovare insieme: posizione centrale, silenzio, verde e vista sul Golfo A pochi minuti a piedi trovi Piazza del Plebiscito, lungomare, Via Chiaia, Via Toledo, Teatro San Carlo e porto. Metro, funicolare e ascensore di Chiaia rendono semplici gli spostamenti verso centro storico, Vomero, isole, siti archeologici.

Explore unparalleled luxury in the middle of Via Partenope at Quadrifoglio Relais Partenope overlooking the magnificient Capri Island. The house, 150mq, is situated in a strategic position near Castel dell'Ovo, Piazza del Plebiscito and Maschio Angioino. Just a 5 minute walk away is Molo Beverello with ferries to Capri, Ischia and Amalfi Coast. The apartment consists of 2 Spacious Suites, 2 full bathrooms, 1 kitchen equipped with every comfort and a panoramic double lounge with 2 sofa beds.

Sea View Suite with Private Hot Tub & Terrace

This is a large suite with two terraces, an incredible bathroom with a large jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and dining area all inspired by my time in England and the former tropical colonies. The location is central and the view from the terrace is fantastic. Everything is brand new from the AC to the TV and the bed. Some furniture is antique from the 1800s. This suite is part of a small three-suite venue with the kitchen shared when you enter. We don’t have an elevator, you will need to walk up.

Templars'f was the name of the sailing boat that my father had when I was a child and it was my inspiration to create a nautical style apartment that would allow you to experience the sensations of calm and serenity that you have when sailing .
