We have 2 new apartments in great location: 5 min from city centre, 1 min from central beach Bacvice, and 3 min from port, central train and bus station. You don't need a car if you are staying in these apartments, because you are in the centre of the town, close to everything. Our apartments have 1 bedroom, and can accomodate 4 people each. Our apartments have fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning, cable TV and free wireless internet. Check-in is usually at 1 pm, but you can check-in earlier if there were no guests in the apartment on the day before. We also have another apartment next door to this one listed on Airbnb as: New apartment in city centre App1 (https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/155569?location=split&s=XQ09_ydO). Apartment is almost the same.
