Dusch-Badewanne, Waschbecken. Handtücher sind vorhanden. Wohnzimmer mit Schlaf-Couch, Couchtisch, Vitrinen und Sideboard. Smart-TV, Internet und WiFi . Auf der Galerie - zugänglich über eine Treppe , Tisch und Sideboard. In der Wohnung ist das Rauchen nicht gestattet. Tiefgaragenstellplatz vorhanden.

Lage: Direkt unterhalb vom Schloss Solitude gelegen, direkt am Wald, Spielplatz, Bauernhof und U-Bahn (U6) Haltestelle (ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß). In ca. 25 Min. sind Sie mit der U-Bahn in Stuttgart am Hauptbahnhof / Schlossplatz. Gut ohne Auto erreichbar. Bitte mind. 24h vor Anreise die ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitteilen. Ansonsten ist ein flexibler CheckIn nicht gewährleistet.

Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen! :-) Sie liegt im Stuttgarter Osten unweit des Cannstatter Wasens, des Daimler Museums sowie der Porsche Arena. Die Lage ist außerordentlich ruhig, eingebettet in herrliche Natur und dennoch sehr zentral. Man erreicht mit dem Auto oder Bus/Bahn in max. 5 min. die Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

In our beautifully situated 2-family house, we offer 2 rooms with bathroom, small kitchen, dining table in the former dental laboratory. The apartment is only a 5-6 minute walk from the nearest tram stop (Züricherstrasse). The Wasen site (folk festival) and the city center can be easily reached by train and taxi in less than 20 minutes. Shops, pharmacy, post office & restaurant, 20 minutes walk (Naststrasse, Römerkastell). Our guest area is not suitable for children

Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Wenige Gehminuten zum Ostendplatz und relativ nah am Hauptbahnhof. Stuttgart 21. Ideal zum Erkunden der Stadt. Die Wohnung wurde kernsaniert. Entsprechend neu und modern ist die Einrichtung. Elektrische Rollladen, Fußbodenheizung im Bad, Induktionskochfeld, … Es gibt ein 140x200 Bett und ein Schlafsofa mit den gleichen Maßen. Eher geeignet für 2 Personen und noch kuschelig mit 4 Personen.

Unsere kleine (35m2) aber gemütliche und helle Wohnung liegt in einer zentrumsnahen Wohngegend in Stuttgart-Ost im vierten Obergeschoss. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon, ein Wohnzimmer, eine kleine, gut ausgestattete Küche (Herd/Ofen, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine) sowie ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und WC. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stellen wir zur Verfügung. Wir möchten, dass ihr euch wohlfühlt und freuen uns auf eure Buchung!

If you are looking for a well-located, functional and clean place to stay, our simple little apartment is just right for you. Please note that Stuttgart is hilly. The apartment is very close to the main train station, but significantly higher. We therefore advise against walking from there with luggage, as the difference in altitude is approx. 100m.
