Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Chalet Maria is a traditional Austrian mountain retreat situated close to Maria Alm and right in the middle of the fantastic Hochkoenig skiing and hiking area. It's a perfect place for a winter or summer holiday. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1,000m with breathtaking views of the surrounding Hochkoenig valley. The skiing slopes are only a 50 meter walk from the chalet. Directly from the chalet you can quickly reach several great MTB routes or hiking tours.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Das zu 100% aus Holz gebaute Haus bietet jeglichen Luxus trotz minimalistischen Platzangebot. Das Haus besticht mit einer guten Lage im Top Ski- und Wandergebiet St. Johann im Pongau/Alpendorf. Durch das knistern des Holzofens und die Verarbeitung von Altholz wird ein Almfeeling geboten.

Unser neu errichtetes AlpenNatur Chalet ist ein exklusives Ferienhaus errichtet aus heimischen Naturmaterialien wie Altholz, Zirbenholz und Naturstein. Direkt am Tauernradweg mit Ausblick auf die Bergstation der Areitbahn und die umliegende Natur, findet man hier die perfekte Auszeit. Eine frei stehende Badewanne und unsere Zirbenholz Sauna gehören sicher zu den Dingen welche man anderswo nicht so leicht findet.
