Lehn dich zurück und genieße atemberaubende Bergblicke auf deiner 15qm2 großen Dachterrasse, am Frühstückstisch, vom gemütlichen Sofa oder aus deinem kuscheligen Altholz Bett. Ab in den 18m langen Pool zum Abkühlen oder Bahnen ziehen.

Das Haus Mitterbach ist eines der größten Häuser in Berchtesgaden (80 Wohneinheiten) und bietet neben einem Hallenbad auch einen Fahrradabstellraum und eine Waschküche. Bushaltestelle, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Bahnhof ist 800 Meter entfernt. Der Parkplatz ist unterhalb des Objektes. Für den kurzen (ca. 200m), steilen Anstieg zum Haus wird man mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf die Bergwelt belohnt. Zum Be,- und Entladen kann bis vor den Eingang gefahren werden.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Luxury Appartement in the alps 2-5 people

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Grossglockner area, the National Park "Hohe Tauern".An alpine holiday apartment on two floors in the old farmhouse, on a permaculture farm, with a separate entrance and its own large terrace. Natural materials give the living comfort a pleasantly warm character. The mountains and the valley within reach, in a secluded location at the edge of the forest. The apartment is bookable all over the year.

Es befindet sich direkt in der Stadtmitte von Bad Gastein Pro Person und Tag ist eine Kurtaxe von 2,20 EUR pro Person zu entrichten.
