Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

Das romantische Apartment Lara ist im 2. OG über eine klassische Pawlatsche zu erreichen. Es verfügt über Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Das Albizia Apartmenthaus wurde 1909 im Badener Architekturstil erbaut und 2022 liebevoll restauriert. Dabei wurde großer Wert auf die Beibehaltung historischer Elemente wie Kastenfenster, Kassettentüren, Laubengänge u.s.w. gelegt. Unser Apartment samt Balkon mit ungefähr 44m² und einer senfgelben Nuance eignet sich perfekt für Businessgäste oder Wien-Entdecker. Guest in "The Schlössl", Parking, near Subway

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
