Located by the river and the Frobisher Bay on one side - and endless tundra on the other. Great year round hiking- and skiing in winter. Only five minutes walk to the old Hudson Bay post and 10 minute drive to amenities like grocery stores, museum, restaurants, banks etc. Here you are safe and well protected - also when the blizzards roar.

The old Nursing Station was built in 1955 and is one of the oldest buildings. It has endured every blizzard so far. Only 5 min. walk to the shore and the old Hudson Bay post. All necessary amenities are 8 minutes drive away, including museum, restaurants, movie theatre, grocery stores, e.c.

The best place to enjoy your morning coffee with a view. Relax with your friends and family in this 3-bedroom house. Apex is a quiet neighborhood away from the noise in the city. The house is close to a playground, as well as the Rotary Park, which is nice for picnics in the summer time. The house is also close by to the old Hudson's Bay Trading post, with a beach perfect for picnics.
