Self Contained Guesthouse In Peaceful Villa Garden

This newly built guesthouse is in our lush garden in the heart of Gamla Enskede. We are just a few minutes walk from the local subway, Sandsborg. In our immediate neighbourhood are a range of local restaurants, cafes, bakeries & shops, including Delselius Bageri, Enskede Matbod, Tomatis Pizza, Thai & Indian take-aways. Globen & Tele2 Arena are just 10 minutes walk away. The guest house has it's own kitchen & a small bathroom containing a shower & toilet It is ideal for couples & solo travellers

Small basement studio in house, 15 min from city

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) The bed is 140 cm wide. Equipped kitchen. The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets allowed. Welcome.

Ute på altanen hittar du även ett spabad som är redo att användas. I området finns det mycket att göra. Gå på konsert, mässa, titta på sport på Avicii Arena eller varför inte shoppa på Globen shopping. Ta en gondol upp till toppen av den största sfäriska byggnaden i Europa. Njut av en otrolig utsikt över Stockholm. Eller ta dig till stan.

Mitt boende ligger 20 minuter med tunnelbana från Stockholm city. Helt renoverad och fräsch, denna lilla 2-rumslägenhet är mycket modern och funktionell. 10 minuters promenad till Skarpnäcks tunnelbanestation, den direkt tillgång till fotbollsplaner och grönområden. Boendet är lämpligt för dina affärsvistelser, din familj och romantiska semestrar. Min lägenhet består av ett öppet utrustat kök, ett sovrum, ett vardagsrum och en plats för kontoret och ett badrum. Du får tillgång till hela boendet

Small apartment -own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge, TV and its own toilet. A spa with a jacuzzi, sauna heated with wood, and relax. Shared recreation room for yoga, with a ping pong table and laundry. The apartment is in our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården. For longer stays -shared spa.

Neighbour with the greatest forest in Stockholm!

Our beautiful little house is perfect if you want both the Swedish nature and Stockholm city. From the backdoor you can step right into the forest with your own private Patio. You fins nice viewpoints and some really beautiful lakes on a walking distance. The bus takes you to Stockholm/Slussen in just above 20 minutes. We live next door and would love to introduce you to the area and give you tips and recommendations. We love hiking, culture, food and fika and know lot of great spots.

Lägenheten som är på 80 kvm ligger på bottenplan av vårt suterränghus. Bostaden har egen ingång, är fullt utrustad. Välkommen att trivas i ett hem med både komfort och bekvämlighet
