Laneway hideaway

Our architect designed, garden roof cabin was built in 2020 to take in views across they valley to knocklofty. North facing the sun warms this house with the passive solar design maintaining a steady temperature. To complement this there is a wood fire for grey days and a sliding door and bifold windows for hot ones. Ply lining and exposed rafters give the house a cabin feel creating a retreat feeling. Different outdoor spaces provide great options to soak in the sun and neighbourhood.

29 Ebden – Architectural Home in Hobart’s North

Welcome to 29 Ebden – your sanctuary to unwind & rejuvenate. Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

View Studio is a place to relax and spend some time taking in the stunning vista of Hobart, kunanyi/Mount Wellington and River Derwent. You will enjoy full private access to this modern seperate studio and deck area. Soak in the luxurious stone bath after your day's travels and take in the city lights. Situated on Hobart's Eastern Shore, View Studio is 10 minutes travel to the city and Salamanca, 20 minutes to MONA or Richmond and Coal Valley Wineries and 15 minutes from Hobart Airport.

Pinot Cottage- Vineyard escape

The cottage is just under 100 square meters with a mezzanine master bedroom and open plan living. It is set among the vines of Charles Reuben Estate in a quiet and secluded area with full kitchen, wood heater and spa. Charles Reuben Estate is also a vineyard, distillery and lavender farm. Our boutique farm products are readily available for purchase - wine, specialty spirits and various lavender items. Tours and visits can be arranged.

Relaxing Retreat to Recharge the Batteries

Relaxing self contained bed sitter nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac 5 mins drive from MONA and 15 mins to Hobart CBD. A short hop to the Derwent River Esplanade Walk (GASP) picnic areas, Yacht Club, shops, Derwent Entertainment Centre (Mystate Arena), River and Mountain views to be enjoyed while on your quiet riverside stroll. Hobart CBD , Salamanca Markets, restaurants and entertainment areas are all within a 15 min drive.

Bowhill Grange - Elizabeth’s Cottage

An unexpected and tranquil oasis surrounded by hundreds of acres of prime merino pastures, Bowhill Grange is a collection of 1854 National Trust listed farm buildings. Elizabeth’s Cottage combines wonderful original features with thoughtfully sourced furnishings. A full length verandah is the perfect spot for sundowners or soaking in the views. Midway between Launceston and Hobart and a great base to explore Tassie.
