This 1 bedroom river cottage has been fully renovated and is a mere 90 minutes drive from the Melbourne CBD. It is bright and airy and the views down to the river are stunning. The cottage has direct access to the lovely Goulburn River. There is queen bed, all amenities are renovated with a kitchenette and balcony overlook the river. The cottage has been set up similar to a luxurious motel room. THIS IS STRICTLY A NON SMOKING COTTAGE, cleaning fees may apply if this request is ignored.

At 475m ASL the cottage has panoramic views of the Strathbogie Ranges & Goulburn Valley. Guests can meet the livestock, ramble, birdwatch, cycle, observe native flora & fauna, fish, do scenic tours, marvel at the ancient granite formations of the unique Strathbogie batholith, & enjoy local wineries, music & restaurants.

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

Self contained 2 bedroom apartment located at the end of large machinery shed on our farm. Sit on the verandah and enjoy the outlook onto the Stathbogie Ranges. 7km to Avenel. Please let us know if you need help with finding things to do or places to eat at. You cannot get bored in this region!
