Warm, peaceful entire Studio is surrounded by natural bird life and century old gum trees.Major roads surrounding are sealed .The Property has off the street parking down the drive way for discreet private getaway. Cycling, fishing, walking, swimming and boating are popular here. Next door is the fauna reserve and great bird watching. It has a lake frontage and a shallow water jetty.
