The home comes with a Flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, Built in BBQ, Washer and Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Beach Chairs, and the best sunset views you can imagine. If you want to fall asleep to the ocean waves you have come to the right spot.

Spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bath upstairs bay front condo on Newport Beach's Harbor with a view of the Historical Balboa Pavilion Building and looking directly at Balboa Island. The nautically appointed living room, kitchen and dining area look out through sliding glass doors which allow you to watch the boats sail by. This is a quieter area of the Balboa Peninsula, walk to the Fun Zone, Balboa Pier or rent bikes and cruise the boardwalk. Parking for 2 cars. Come enjoy the Newport Peninsula.

Located just one home from the surf and sand. One block from the Newport Beach Pier, restaurants and entertainment. Recently remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances, stone bathroom, hardwood floors, queen size bed. TV in living room and master bedroom, pull out couch, patio furniture and a bbq. One car attached garage with washer and dryer. Two private patios. Single level, no stairs. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.
