Soak up lake life as you bask in coffee and magic sunrises right outside your window. Right on the VAST trails, location is perfect for two to three snowmobiler’s or two couple’s by request. The lake only 40 feet away, nesting loons and moose, great fishing. Canoes and kayaks at the ready. This classic pine "camp" style apartment will be your ultimate hideaway in Vermont. Fully sanitized private apartment, Entire downstairs, private outside entrance. Gorgeous window sunrise lake views.

The Osprey cabin at Walker Pond is a new cabin (2021) with a custom cedar hot tub! It is a rustic retreat with plenty of modern convenience and is just 120 feet from Walker Pond. Walker Pond is approximately 20 acres and is home to plenty of wildlife, small fish and birds. You are welcome to enjoy our 40 acres of forest/wetland, go canoeing in one of our canoes, or enjoy the common campfire-flower garden area. The cabin is located just 5 minutes from downtown Newport, very convenient.

Located between Burke Mountain and Jay Peak three miles from Lake Willoughby provides activities year round. The light and views from this quintessential Vermont farmhouse will amaze you! Waterfront! Hot tub & dock with kayaks on private lake. Enjoy the Hot Tub, fire table & bright cottage with Japanese soaking tub, (small) +fast wifi. Cook in the kitchen or grill in the beach side pavilion. Follow trails through forest & meadow to the nearby Gold Mine Trail. The Big Barn occasionally opens its doors for an impromptu Wine Tasting Hour-complimentary! This is more than a stay; it is an escape with miles of trails and a private pond waiting for you to explore.

Indescribable 270 degree panorama VT/NH/Quebec. Accommodations- custom house and 144 acres bordering SP above Lake Willoughby. Recreate from front door! - Hike, mountain bike, snowshoe, stargaze, stormwatch, X-County ski. Downhill ski (25 min Burke, 45 min Jay). IMPORTANT: With "top of mountain" views come "top of mountain" remoteness, snow, wind, and ADVENTURE. Steep access requires 4/AWD AND Severe Snow Service tires (google “3PMSF”) or Chains November-April.

Spring Hill Farm, coffee & hot tub

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

The Caterpillar House: Tiny w/ Hot Tub & Fire Pit
