This charming historical bungalow with views of Trout River and Rolliston Park is situated in a peaceful natural setting, yet is convenient to I-95, Jacksonville International Airport, JAXPORT Cruise Terminal, EverBank Stadium (home of the Jacksonville Jaguars), VyStar Ball Park, Dailey's Place Amphitheater, and the Jacksonville Zoo. The owners live nearby and are available to welcome and assist you. A fifth guest will be comfortable on the sunroom daybed. Please note: This is NOT a party venue.

Our cozy southern 1 bed, living room, 1 narrow bath. Private. NO SHARED SPACE (405 sq ft) sits on the back of a quiet property. 1.5 miles off I-10. No-frills, full of rustic character. Built in the 1960s with original wood & brick floors. We offer country sounds, and peaceful nights. This unit sleeps up to 4 with a pull-out couch (living room). It is a duplex, with a private entrance, parking, kitchenette, with a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, two-burner cooktop. Simple, clean, small, farmhouse.

You can play some games or puzzles if you want to stay inside or Crochet on the front lawn to enjoy some fresh air & sunshine. We are 2.5 Miles from the WW Ranch Motorcross park. We don't have anything new but I can assure you it will be clean. Sorry we are not suited for children or pets, 2 guests Max. and check-in must be before 9PM.
