These No Smoking basement rooms with queen beds are in private basement with a view and large creek below . we are within 30 minutes to the German town of Helen close to hiking and biking trails, fishing swimming at local lakes or the Aquatic center 20 minutes away lots of waterfalls near by or just relax and enjoy the view we are 1 hour from down town Atlanta Their are outside steps to the rooms that you will.have to walk down Please put correct number of guest/pets during check in!!

It's located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood, and has a large level private backyard, which is great for grilling, dining outside, relaxing/chilling by the fire pit.

*This apartment has the same square footage as our home upstairs. We have had as many as 16 people stay there overnight. * We are 3 hour drive from Gatlinberg, less than 15 miles from Toccoa Falls, Piedmont, North GA tech, and Truitt McCollege Colleges. * We are 40 miles from the Appalachian trail, and 20 miles from Helen, GA. Very quiet and restful. 100 miles from ATL and/or Greenville-Spartanburg Airports.
