Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

Once the largest house on the lake. My place is close to great views, family-friendly activities, and restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, and the location (desirable Winter Harbor). The dock can house two boats (one small and one standard boat up to 22 ft long). The grassy area next to the house is fabulous for playing games with your kids/grandchildren. While there is no beach it is shallow enough for young children. Fabulous for a getaway or a family reunion.

Comfortable living/dining room. Three bedrooms. Open and airy with simple charm throughout. Located at the end of a private road with both lake and brook frontage. The lovely sandy beach with a dock and an open water view is just steps from the screened porch. Walking distance to small convenience store.

Mary's Lakeview - Limit 10

MARY'S LAKEVIEW 4 Bedrooms,1 Bathrooms OCCUPANCY LIMIT 10 guests - This 4 bedroom 1 bath cottage has a large yard, views of Sebago Lake, and just 0.2 miles from Nason's Beach. Your rental comes with a free walk on pass to Nason's Beach. All the living area is on the 1st floor. A open floor plan combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen. 2 bedrooms with king beds. The 3rd bedroom has a futon. The 4th bedroom has 1 twin bed and 1 full. There is also a sleeper sofa in the foyer.

331 - 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 9) OCCUPANCY LIMIT 9 - This 4-bedroom 2.5 bath home on Sebago Lake has space for everyone. Expansive lake views and sandy bottom frontage. There is 1 bedroom and 1.5 bath on the 1st floor. The upstairs has a separate living area and kitchen plus 3 bedrooms. 2 separate entrances for both the upstairs and downstairs areas. The 2nd level has a deck directly off the living area. There is a large yard area for plenty of room for gathering outside.

Loads of privacy at this cottage that sits literally at the water's edge. A perfect getaway spot. Listen to the cry of the Loons and watch beautiful sun and moon rises. Screen porch, large stone fireplace, open living/dining area, well equipped kitchen. Lovely view, relax and listen to the brook that borders the property. Nice dock and swim float.

578 - 4 Bedrooms, 3.0 Baths (Sleeps 7) OCCUPANCY LIMIT 7 Waterfront home has 4-bedroom 2 bath. The home has great finishes with a dock on the Northwest River. Direct access to Sebago Lake. Sit around the firepit with views of the water. 3 heat pumps provide AC for the home. Views of the water from the kitchen and living room. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath downstairs. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a Jack and Jill bathroom. 2 kayaks and 1 canoe provided. Fishing poles also provided.

Absolutely NO PETS in or on the property due to serious owner allegies. Well equipped and nicely appointed open concept living for vacation gathering. Four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Spacious open living/kitchen/dining area. Great open lake views from the living areas and the master bedroom. Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer.

376 - 6 Bedrooms, 3.0 Baths (Sleeps 17) OCCUPANCY LIMIT 17 Take a step back in time at this turn of the century lakeside cottage. Loads of charm from the fieldstone fireplace in the livingroom to the big wraparound porch overlooking the lake. Plenty of room for the whole family and then some - with 6 bedrooms plus a bunk house with 4 twin beds and a half bath. Wonderful, private lot with big lawn on lake side. Nice L shaped dock plus a mooring. Sandy bottom swimming.

Best of all there are 14 wonderful community beaches to enjoy on Sebago. The large sandy beach 6 is the closest to the house and is less than a 3-minute walk away.
