A very comfortable guest suite located in Brackendowns Alberton, ideal for a couple or single person. With its own private entrance and secure under cover parking. We have solar installed, so we are not affected by load shedding. A tea, coffee station and mini fridge is provided in the guest suite. TV with Netflix. Plenty of cupboard space. The en suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Please note that this is not a self catering establishment, there is no cooking facilities.

Access to the home is through a private front door. Small kitchen, with a bar fridge, microwave, toaster and small stove & oven.
