Comfy reclining loveseat and sofa, 70” HD smart TV with sound bar with Netflix and Amazon Prime, WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, and bistro table. Outside enjoy the Little Farm views of our flock under gorgeous Magnolia complete with fire pit and glider.

The Sawmill Cottage is 1500 SF cabin featuring a master BR and full bath on main leading to a spacious screened porch with beautiful view of woods. There is an extra Apartment available, see below. The second floor contains a loft BR with full bath. Located on wooded acreage with over a half mile of walking trails to beautiful Canton Creek with overlooking treehouse and hot tub. Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.

There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and experience the beauty of Milton/Alpharetta all within a 4 to 20 minute radius of our location. We have an available roll-away bed if needed, the cost is $10.

Welcome to our 570 sf Tiny Home Studio in Downtown Ball Ground! This unique space has all you need to enjoy Ball Ground. The studio has a lush queen murphy bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, and TV in addition to a DREAM patio sunroom complete with a gorgeous bed swing. Come rest and enjoy all the comforts of a unique space within walkable distance to the happenings of main street downtown Ball Ground. If you need a washer and dryer for longer stays, we have recently made that available.

Quiet guesthouse on horsefarm in Hickory Flat

This cottage is the original home we built and lived in when we bought the property. It was our home for 10 years before we built the larger main house for our growing family which is located in front of the guesthouse. This farm has been our home for 30 years. So if you love a “home environment” and not the hotel experience for your stay this peaceful horse farm with nature all around could be just the right choice. The farm is convenient to Canton, Woodstock and Alpharetta.
