The Tiny PeaPod is a cozy 1-bed 1-bath home!

The Tiny PeaPod is a cozy little home away from home. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just walking distance to the park/splash pad. It has 1-bathroom with a tub/shower combo and 1-bedroom with a queen bed and electric fireplace. It also offers for sleeping a small size hideaway bed more for a child than a grown adult in the living room and a small twin size rollaway bed. This tiny home also has a full kitchen, laundry room, wifi, Netflix, BBQ gill, fire pit, and two patios for relaxing.

The Hudson Haven

A 3 BR, 1 BA home offering a stylish retreat in a safe area close to restaurants, hospitals, sports complexes, & universities, including LCU & LSUA, as well as area golf courses & the airport. Perfect for professionals, with easy access to employers such as Cleco & P&G, as well as the city & district courthouses. Whether in town for business or relaxation, the Hudson Haven provides the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, & style. (NOTE: Front & carport entrances are accessible by 2-3 steps)

Cozy at C is a small, but roomy, 1 bed/1 bath apartment. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. During your stay, you will have access to a grass backyard and private parking. Amenities include, high speed wireless internet, a smart TV, brand new appliances and an Arcade "Multicade" that has 800 free-to-play video games from the 80s, 90s and 2000s. And of course, a comfy clean bed and furniture. I strive to provide a safe, quiet, clean and inexpensive accommodations for each guest.

Cleanliness and simplicity are what we value. Always find fresh sheets & towels for a comfortable stay, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer for your convenience. Pool is on-site.

The house is centrally-located in the heart of Pineville. It is minutes away from Rapides and Cabrini hospitals, good eats, and a park for the kids (splash pad open in summer). Visiting family, sporting event, wedding, or work, we are ready to be your home away from home!

The coziest, most welcoming home in the heart of Pineville is finally here! This home has so much charm and character. Decorated with locally sourced art, and filled with antique shop treasures you will love all of the details! Close to the Pineville expressway, Louisiana College, the Alexandria Bridge to downtown and minutes away from local restaurants! All rooms have smart TV’s for the entire family to enjoy and nice luxurious comfy beds. You’ll be sure to want to stay again!

KK's Little Cottage

Nestled amongst the tall timbers of The Kisatchie National Forest you'll find respite in KK's Little Cottage. The cottage is located down a dead end dirt road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome! You're likely to see some type of wildlife, and it is quite possible you will hear shots fired from hunters. We are continually making improvements to the yard...hoping to add a firepit soon! Welcome to our cozy space, enjoy!!
