The Chef’s Shed - a farm stay

Situated in "cool country" Trentham, the Chef’s Shed was originally built in 1860, and has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, spacious and unique place to stay. It has quirky living spaces, including a loft, and wide, stunning views over the land around, even from the private sauna which can be used for a modest fee. From here you can explore the region. We are surrounded by nature, and a few minutes from The Falls and historic Trentham with cafes, pubs, walking tracks and a lot of history.

Meet Maggie May, the cutest 1850s miners cottage.

Maggie May is the cutest little 1850's miners cottage located in a quiet Street and is close to Ballarat CBD, Sovereign hill and the Ballarat Wildlife Park. She is newly renovated, whilst retaining her traditional and charming authentic self she has been thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. By day enjoy in friends, couples or family fun time in a game of backyard finska, by night chats and giggles by the fire pit or watch your favourite Netflix series and then cozy up in a comfortable bed.

Harvest Cottage

Harvest Cottage is a peaceful, stylish one bedroom weatherboard cottage set amongst beautiful garden, rolling hills, pasture and native bushland of Central Victoria. It's filled with the exquisite botanical and landscape artworks of Catherine Freemantle, a wood fire and bespoke furnishings to make your stay unforgettable. We also offer a number of floral and art workshops on request. We are a stones throw from Djuwangbaring trail network. Cosgrave section of the trail is a 2 min ride away.

Rosie’s Cottage- Buninyong

Rosie’s cottage is an ideal getaway. You can choose to be busy bike riding or sightseeing up Mt Buninyong. Set in an idyllic bush setting there are also opportunities to enjoy leisurely bush walks, a bike ride or a stroll to the local coffee shops. Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed. Upon enjoyment of these, a return to Rosie’s cottage offers a tranquil stay- with access to free wifi & Netflix

Foletti's Barn - Cosy Daylesford retreat.

Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.

Beautifully renovated Miners Cottage in the heart of Ballarat’s CBD. Walking distance to the best Cafes and Restaurants Ballarat has to offer. Both bedrooms have super comfortable Queen beds with 5 star cloud like bedding for the cosiest sleep. Two split systems make your stay comfortable no matter the weather. The kitchen has been fitted out to perfection and is fully equipped for your every need. The newly renovated bathroom has a separate lush shower and bath.

Serene and peaceful the property offers 5 acres to wander around on or just relax. Meet our friendly chooks and lambs. The property is fully fenced and provides lots of space for the kids to run around and play. Ideally located 15 minutes from Ballarat and 8 minutes from Delacombe Town Centre.
