Ligar Homestay - comfortable and stylish near city

Guests tell us our house feels homey. We are international travelers with an interest in Ballarat gold history so we have decorated accordingly. When making a standard booking for 1 - 2 people, you have access to the main rooms in the house and one bedroom with a sitting area. If 2+ people are staying and other bedrooms are required, there is an additional fee. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom off the lounge room has a small double (3/4) bed that can be opened.

"Willo Cottage" is a centrally located 3 bedroom, recently refurbished house, newly decorated by an interior stylist. It is a family friendly with smart TV, free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. A fully enclosed and secure yard for your dog. It is situated on a quiet street, only a couple of minutes drive away from major sporting venues, shopping centre and the Grammar School. A few more minutes to the lake and the CBD. A Portacot and high chair can be supplied.

Character filled period home, situated in central Ballarat on the historical site of the original Eureka Hotel is a lovely 2 bedroom home that is essentially your home away from home. Close to the CBD, Sovereign Hill, Ballarat Wildlife Park, Eureka Pools & Eureka Stockade Centre. You can either take a 10 minute walk to town or catch public transport right out the front. Private off street parking at rear of the property in an enclosed yard. Cafes & restaurants are within meters.

Rosie’s cottage is an ideal getaway. You can choose to be busy bike riding or sightseeing up Mt Buninyong. Set in an idyllic bush setting there are also opportunities to enjoy leisurely bush walks, a bike ride or a stroll to the local coffee shops. Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed. Upon enjoyment of these, a return to Rosie’s cottage offers a tranquil stay- with access to free wifi & Netflix

You can relax on the large back deck with your pooch. Yes, dogs welcome, and yard is secure. The house accommodates up to 6 guests, with three bedrooms and a large, open plan kitchen/living area.
