Fully equipped, self-catering cottage. Consisting of a fully equipped Kitchen/Diner, Double Bedroom, Living Room and WC/Shower room. Designed for a couple, but a sofa bed in the lounge area does give some flexibility. i.e. Couple with a child, two single people, or possibly two couples. On site parking. Located on the World Famous Isle of Man TT Mountain Race Course. Wonderful views over the South of the Island and Scotland. 4.5 Miles from the City of Peel and 4 miles from Kirk Michael.

'Breesha's Cottage' is a recently rescued traditional Manx stone cottage. In Ballaugh Village just 50m off the famous Ballaugh Bridge on the TT circuit, with fabulous views of the hills above Sulby Glen. A beautiful spot for relaxing, walking, cycling or watching the motorsports. A local shop just 50m away and a great pub at the end of the lane . A lovely quiet sandy/pebbly beach is 2 miles away and great walks in the hills just up the lane to the glen. IOM tourism registered- 4 star.

Relax in our 4 Star Gold rated cottage with newly added wood fired hot tub and sauna. Located in the beautiful Ballaugh countryside on the North West side of the island, the character filled yet calm cottage is surrounded by open fields where you can watch the sunset at night and can enjoy an excellent view of the hills around our only mountain, Snaefell. Large en suite room in farmhouse

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The room has arguably the best views on the island over looking the stunning countryside and sea. On the doorstop is a forest for all the hiking anyone can desire. As this is in a remote location in the centre of the island- your own transport is a must. Preferably 4x4 transport as the road is uneven so drive slowly :)

Enjoy the countryside, with the added benefit of being just a short drive to the local shops, bars and restaurants. Close to great TT viewing spots, including Cronk-y-voddy and Laurel Bank. The property is accessible during TT road closures, and is on the outside of the course. The property can be navigated by to by searching for 'Dog grooming IOM' on Google maps.
