Welcome to Out on a Limb, our magical treehouse nestled in the serene woods of upstate New York. This cozy, charming hideaway offers a peaceful & romantic escape, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to connect with nature. Surrounded by towering trees, the treehouse provides a unique experience year round—from relaxing in the hot-tub on a snowy night, to stargazing by the campfire. The treehouse is always stocked with waffle mix & homemade frozen cookies. We can’t wait to host you!

Cabin in the woods

This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

This beautiful spacious 1st floor one bedroom has room for 3 to sleep, one queen bed and a sofa sleeper. Halfway between Saratoga spring, horse racing, casino, night life, shopping, dinning and Rivers Casino in Schenectady and all it has to offer, not to mention a short drive to the Adirondacks. This convenient location is perfect for day trips or to enjoy its old Farmhouse charm.

Off-grid Riverbank Getaway

Welcome to the off-the-grid getaway! This tiny house is on stilts on the edge of the Alplaus Creek. If you want to get away from screens and tech, and enjoy tending a woodstove, this might be for you. Park in the marked spot near 41 Hill St and walk down the 500 ft trail. You can read by the woodstove, fish, write, have a campfire, or watch ducks/beaver/deer from the balcony. A canoe is provided.
