This charming barn style house sits between vines and olive groves with stunning views of the nearby hills and dam. The house features a downstairs open plan living and dining area with kitchen and laundry/mud room. Upstairs are two airy bedrooms with farm views (master with doors to balcony) and a bathroom. Pine Beach Guest House in the Heart of Balnarring

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Idyllic Flinders location with the “iconic” golf course circuit walk just out front. The studio is within easy walking distance to the Flinders Hotel, Restaurants and Cafes, Boutique shopping, Art Galleries and our fabulous General store. Beautiful yet wild Bass Straight views are just 100mt down the road. Walk to Cyril’s, Hoppers and Big Left surfing spots. Your accommodation is just down the garden path, past the main house to where your self contained sanctuary awaits.

Set on a charming, very quiet and private property at the end of a cul-de-sac only 4 mins to Woolworths supermarket and 10 mins from the beach and Mornington Main St. The property has beautiful views of the Balcombe Creek pristine bushland and all of the Mornington Peninsula wineries, natural parks and attractions are at your door step.

The Sweet Escape Balnarring

Nestled behind a large Oak tree and lush gardens, this charming two bedroom cottage is located on the Mornington Peninsula and is within walking distance to Balnarring Beach and shops. It has a country style kitchen with Coonara fireplace, two living areas and is ideally suited to four people, although it can accommodate up to five people This is a cat and dog friendly property. The June at Birch Creek

Birch Creek Farm & Cottages invites you to come and stay with us at The June. The farm is tucked into the foot of the Mornington Peninsula Hinterland, only minutes away from the front bay beaches and a short drive from the rugged coastline and waves of the Peninsula back beaches. In all directions you will find a bounty of cafes, independent stores, markets, wineries, restaurants and walks to enjoy.

The Bunga

"The Bunga", short for bungalow is a two story dwelling built from local stone and inspired by the stone houses of France. Located in the small coastal town of Shoreham, adjacent to a park, it is close to the beach, wineries, restaurants, cafes and other attractions. Guests have access to one bedroom with ensuite and have the entire building to themselves.
