Charming bungalow in the beautiful Balnarring area. We are 10min walk to the Village with cafes, restuarants, chemist and IGA. If you are looking for a cozy getaway from the hustle bustle of the city/suburban life, this little gem is calling you! You will be nestled in our beautiful garden with our friendly chickens. We are about a 3 minute drive to Balnarring beach and an easy drive to Cape Schank, Point Leo Estate, Flinders and Red Hill. If you wish to bring a pet- contact prior to booking.

Pine Beach Guest House in the Heart of Balnarring

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Yallumbee Beach Studio - Balnarring Beach

Yallumbee Beach Studio is a beautiful, spacious retreat just 5 minutes walk to Balnarring Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. The studio is a newly renovated space, detached from the main property, that gives your own space to call home with the added benefits of a sunny deck, pool access and a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ area. A private retreat only 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine region, Yallumbee Beach Studio is the perfect space to unwind and relax.

Relaxing Beach Cottage

With only a 200 metre stroll to Balnarring Beach, this two-bedroom attached cottage is perfect for a family holiday, only an hour’s drive from Melbourne to enjoy all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Marmaduke Cottage provides an open plan living room – modern kitchenette, with split system, two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.
