De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Nederste etage indeholder 2 værelser, badeværelse samt gang. Fra begge værelser er der direkte adgang ud. God indendørs trappe mellem etager, der er sikkerheds låge fra stuen. Stor sydvestvendt terrasse. Svalegang mod vest og nord.
