Peaceful blue under apple boughs

Live the “simple” life on the Baltic: in a solar-powered workman’s hut. The idyllic hamlet of Klützer Winkel is 20 km east of Lübeck, Germany, 6 km west of Boltenhagen, and only ten minutes’ walk from the unspoiled Baltic coastline. Our natural refuge (3500 sq.m./over 37,000 sq.ft.) is nestled among hilly meadows, woodlands, beaches, and some nearby seaside cliffs. Our owner-run plot of land has many fruit trees and other trees, blackberry bushes and shrubs. Pristine meadows directly around the property are crisscrossed by narrow pathways. You can set up your own place to sit, and there is a central terrace with barbecue. Facing the south, the vintage workman’s hut (20 square meter/215 square feet) was converted into a cocoon of living space with virtually no environmental footprint. Its separate bedroom, kitchen and roomy living area are supplemented by a 14 square meter (150 square foot) veranda facing west. All the flooring is larch. All electricity is solar generated with water supply from on board tanks or at the nearby “bathhouse” on the same plot with its solar-powered shower. A wood-burning stove can be used in colder weather. Details: 12VDC power supply, intermittent 220V/80W power with converter, DVB-T TV, radio and DVD player, refrigerator, two-plate gas cooker, and sink. Since 2016 we got a supplementary nonsolar power supply i.e. to have a shower without sun. Plus we offer: Bicycle and bed linen rental (please confirm in advance), drawing and painting kits, arts and crafts equipment, beach utensils. Plus the chance to pick and process cherries, blackberries, pears, and apples (all according to the season and availability, for a small fee) Klützer Winkel also offers many leisure, cultural, and recreational opportunities.

Reborn Cabins

A cabin for two to enjoy the nature and the nearby sea (900m walk from a sandy beach), located 28km from Riga, just outside of the town Saulkrasti. Wide windows to enjoy the scenic surroundings, and in the evenings you may choose to opt for our recreational options (at an additional fee) - an outdoor hot tub and a sauna (hot tub 60€, sauna 60€, sauna with traditional sauna whisks and a body scrub 80€). The place can be reached on foot from the nearby train station or bus stops, or by car.

Gemütlicher Bungalow mit Garten an der Ostsee

Bungalow inmitten eines großen Gartens in sehr ruhiger Lage und jeweils 10 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zum Strand (z.B. Lubmin) und nach Greifswald. Der Bungalow besteht aus einem Wohn- und Schlafraum mit Doppelbett und Schlafsofa, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer sowie einer großen Terrasse. Der große Garten hat Platz für die Kleinen zu spielen und die Großen zu ruhen. Es ist möglich während des Aufenthalts Kunstkurse gegen Gebühr zu belegen. Ein Atelier befindet sich auf dem Gelände.

Upītē dzīvo foreles tāpēc droši, ka ūdens ir ļoti tīrs. Namiņu ieskauj meži un jaunaudze, pagalmā ir ugunskura vietas, volejbola laukums un pieejams arī kubls.

River House

River House is a holiday home built into a sea container, located in a beautiful place, surrounded by nature, next to the river. The windows of the house offer a beautiful view of the river, where you can fishing, enjoy a refreshing swim after visiting the sauna or hot tub. The holiday home has a spacious terrace where you can enjoy warm tea or cook something delicious on the grill. The property is intended for a quiet and peaceful stay. Pets are not permitted.

Containerhuset

Er du til smukke skovrige omgivelser, vil dette passe dig. Huset ligger på en naturgrund skærmet af høje træer og med markerne i baggrunden. Den modsatte vej er der ca. 400m til lille uforstyrret strand. Har du prøvet at bo i et containerhus før? Vi byggede vores elskede sommerhus i 2018 af tre gamle skibscontainere. Huset ligger som en kubistisk hobbithule på en vild grund i det dejlige, rolige Vesterløkken.
