We offer the best possibility. You live directly in a 600 year old, beautifully restored historic building in the center of the city. Outside the front door, you can park your car for 6, - EUR per day in our private underground garage, but we also offer space for bicycles. The apartment consists of a cozy living room with a spacious kitchen that invites for cooking, but also with sofa for relaxing, a bathroom with shower and a cozy bedroom with double bed and super comfortable mattress. The building was completely renovated in 2010. You will find everything that makes any modern living environment: household appliances, free internet access, flat-screen satellite TV. Relax on our idyllic courtyard. Here you can enjoy the silence, although outside the door all the events of the city of Bamberg happen. In all seasons, our apartment is an ideal starting point for your discovery of Bamberg. In winter is the Christmas Market situatied directly in front of our door. When you open the window you can enjoy the smell of roasted almonds and mulled wine. In the spring the life on the city streets wakes up and you can stroll through the various markets. In summer, many wonderful cafes invite you for a coffeebreack right around the corner and also the unique "Bamberg-Bierkellers" are not far. In autumn Bamberg offers its visitors also a beautiful ambience and you can enjoy a variety of museums. Sie umfasst ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, ein schönes Schlafzimmer nebst begehbarem Schrank und modernem Bad. Sie treten aus der Haustür und tauchen ein in Flair und Lebendigkeit dieses einzigartigen Ortes; Sehenswürdigkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants liegen nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Das Highlight dieser Wohnung ist ihre Dachterrasse mit überraschendem Blick auf das Alte Rathaus.

Barock Apartment am Alten Rathaus 1

Ein ganz besonderes Apartment in Traumlage mit Blick aufs Bamberger Rathaus, stilvoll mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet. Das Vorderhaus wurde anno 1530 errichtet, die Wasserseite folgte 1640. Ursprünglich ein Fachwerkhaus, das während der Barockisierungsphase im 17. Jh. verputzt wurde. Die Fassade wurde 05.2026 mit viel Liebe zum detail Restauriert und erstrahlt nun wieder im vollen Glanz neben dem Rathaus. Das Haus wurde 1968 von meinen Großeltern erworben, davor war es 200 Jahre eine Apotheke.

Das Bad ist großflächig und die Küchenzeile vom Schlafbereich abgetrennt. Zu Fuß sind es in die Altstadt nur etwa 15 Minuten, man läuft entspannt am Fluß entlang. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze. In der voll ausgestatteten Küchenzeile sind zwei Platten sowie eine Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion vorhanden.

Meine Ferienwohnung Elle befindet sich mitten in der Bamberger Innenstadt, trotzdem ruhig gelegen und in nur wenigen Minuten erreicht Ihr alle Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Bamberger Lokalitäten. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Lage und Gemütlichkeit. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Familien (mit Kindern) Auch für Geschäftsreisende gut geeignet. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcoach, ein kleines Bad und eine komplett ausgestattete Küche.

Quietly located on the ground floor of a charming old building on the square opposite the ETA Hoffmann Theater, within walking distance of all tourist attractions. Just a 2-minute walk to Lange Straße with shops and supermarkets. 1.2 km from the main train station. Fully equipped (washing machine, television, WiFi). There is also an inner courtyard where you can smoke and also park your bicycles.

Das Appartment befindet sich im historischen Bamberger Gärtnerviertel. Es stehen zwei Schlafzimmer für Max. 4 Personen zur Verfügung. Die Bamberger Innenstadt ist in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Bamberger Hauptbahnhof in ca 5 Minuten. Kinder sind willkommen aber leider verfügt die Wohnung nicht über einen Wickeltisch usw. Rauchen ist im ganzen Haus nicht erlaubt, jedoch auf dem Balkon gestattet.

Cosy and comfortable flat for 1 or 2

Our second floor flat is perfectly located in the quiet 'Wunderburg' district of Bamberg which is about 10-15 mins walk to the old town. 5 mins away are two of Bamberg's best known breweries, Keesmann and Mähr. Both offer a wonderful collection of beers and local food . Booking is highly recommended. Here you will also find a Rewe supermarket with a baker. The main train station is approx. 15 mins walk.

Cosy apartment in historical center

The small apartment is located in the middle of the pretty old town of Bamberg. You can easily reach everything on foot: the cathedral, breweries and beer gardens, parks, theater and cinema, nice little stores. Ideal for a city or cultural trip, but also for exploring the beautiful countryside around Bamberg.
